KUSHIDA-JINJA
(Kushida Shrine)

Every summer, Hakata men fight at the festival of "Gion Yamagasa". People says Kyushu men are brave. If You visit to the shrine, you can imagine it seeing costumes and tool to use.

NAKASU
At night, a lot of stands come out in Nakasu. The most popular of those is a noodle stand.

Each city has the local noodle like sake and beer, in Japan. The pork clear soup is Hakata's originality. Miso noodle eaten in Hokkaido and soy noodle eaten in Tokyo are famous like that.

Once a castle was in Yanagawa city. There was a moat around it. Today, we can take a boat around the moat as if we are in Venice. And what we should do after that is trying to eat special eel.
