Okinawa is full of unique food. For example, AWAMORI is alcohol like whisky. And Okinawa people sometimes eat pig's ears. At the market, pork, colorful fish and Okinawan food are on sell.

Okinawa has a sad history. 200,000 people were dead for World War 2. And then it was under the U.S. occupation until 1972. Today, 10% of Okinawan territory is the U.S. base.

ZAMAMI ISLAND
From Naha, we can take a ship for many small islands. The sea around islands is so clear and there're many corals and fishes. It's popular as a diving or snorkel spot.
