Yonezawa is famous as a historical place. Because Uesugi's family that are the grate Samurai had been in here. In May a lot of people dressed as Samurai fight in the festival. So we can enjoy the historical play under beautiful cherry's trees.

This Samurai had a castle built here. As he had only an eye, the exciting story was made into drama on TV.
