Next morning, I left the apartment hotel with my roommate. I tryed to follow her who would be getting sights seeing.

We had a lunch at China town, and then took a boat to see the statue of Liberty. Through the wall street,at the world Trade Center we didn't go to the top because plenty of people made some lines. Actually, everywhere we went was crowded in spite of New Year's day. I know they all are foreign people, and us too. When I said good-bye to her leaving from NYC, I was terrible tired,anyway. However I took a subway for Rockefeller, and saw the famous skating link. After all I was also one of the foreign people......

02/JAN/2000 in NYC

That morning was planed going to Harlem by group tour. I looked forward to going because I heard the gospel music was great. When I prepared for going out,my heart was full of dreaming about it. The waiting spot, a donut shop was 20 minutes from the apartment hotel. Though I left there before 15 minutes, it was no problem, I think. Ran and ran and ran......I didn't get the donut shop yet. Well,let's call by a pay-phone. ........I didn't know how to use it. I ran and ran and ran,again. After all, when I got the shop, the clock showed 30 minutes over. I had no idea myself.......

At Times Sq I had stood seeing that clock stand for countdown. It made no sense anymore. For lunch I entered into a famous delicatessen restaurant. Though he plenty of roast beef and pickles attracted me, I felt not so good surrounded by a lot of people.

What if I would go to Harlem by myself? I didn't want to give off getting Harlem yet. Just when I tried to go in the subway station, an old man talked me in front of the central park. He asked to go together seeing paintings at the museum. As I had thought going the metropolitan museum of art the next day, I tried going with him.

However I got kind of depressing because he tried to touch my wrist. He had the number plate of our luggage, so I had to just follow him. After we went out of the museum with luggage, I just had a cup of coffee with him near the library. And then I said good-bye to him though he invited me for dinner. I was very very tired. As I really needed some rest of relax, why not?
